And yes, I wanted to put the last scenario in because I am an optimistic person and I do want them to be happy, which maybe they can do if they have a different start. (not that they can't otherwise, I just - well, I more or less said what I thought in fic. *g*) In my head they become at least good friends, ahem. Anyways, I couldn't end on a pessimistic note! *g*
