Oh, wow, thank you so much! As a matter of fact, this is my first attempt at a plotty action story, so I'm really glad to hear it's going over well. :) And I'm thrilled to hear about Cesc, too! I'm not as familiar with him as with Villa and Silva so it's been sort of an adventure writing his POV. And he'll remain romantic-drama-free for the duration of the fic - he's got far too many other things on his mind to be thinking about that sort of thing.
I loooove Sami Khedira and I totally agree with you. I can't promise he'll have a huge role, but he'll definitely be around - he was part of my mental landscape for that part of the story from day one. :)
