omg this fic has completely left me breathless. if only I'd discovered it earlier. I just...I can't even think of what to write even though I'm bursting with praise.
You capture Silva so perfectly, reading this makes me feel like I'm stepping in his shoes, and what hard shoes they are to fill. Silva is such a complex character but you get him so well. I love the little parts, how he's well-mannered, the allusion to Podolski, how he's bitter about leaving but he still loves Valencia so much and feels indebted to them.
