avoidance memeage

good news: I found my missing snippet - despite having Very Clear memories of writing it down by hand, it was in Google Docs. ahahaha. ^^;
bad news: instead of working on it or translating or doing something else useful, I am curled up in a ball with Cramp of Doom.
neutral news: so to entertain myself instead, I am posting a meme.
Name three fics you think I will never, ever, ever write. In return (and if inspired), I will attempt to write a snippet of one of them.
Why yes, yes I do know exactly what I'm inviting on my own head. (

(the characters may not be your first choice, for which I apologize. BUT SINCE THIS IS CRAZY IN THE FIRST PLACE I DON'T FEEL AS BAD AS I MIGHT.)
The unsubtle tromp of the naturalist's boots through the underbrush was more than enough warning for the denizens of the jungle, should they have wished to escape. Some of them did, running lightly up tree trunks or slithering away through the ground cover. For others, it was akin to a stage cue.
"Oh," the naturalist said, sounding delighted. "You again! Uwaa, your feathers are so pretty today!"
The gaudily hued bird, purple and red and green plumage gleaming, preened and sidled up and down the branch. Breathlessly, the naturalist reached out, placed a small, glittering rhinestone on the branch, and snatched his hand away. A few seconds passed before the bird hopped forward and leaned forward to nudge at the stone. After several curious pecks, it carefully took the stone in its beak and launched into the treetops with a flutter of wings.
The naturalist tilted his head back to watch it go. Sighing, he dug into the front pocket of his vest and pulled out a battered notepad. "Don't act like that," he chided himself, "that went well, didn't it? You'll be friends in no time - "
There was a flash of bright color, and the bird burst out of the canopy, circling the naturalist's head twice and landing majestically on its previous perch. The naturalist let out an exclamation of delight and the bird puffed out its chest.
"You came back!" the naturalist said happily. "Wow, this is the first time I've gotten this kind of result! You're really amazing, aren't you!" In his excitement he had forgotten himself and leaned forward, gripping a sturdy branch with both hands; now the bird leaned over and nipped at a finger gently.
"Ah, that hurt!" the naturalist exclaimed, snatching his hand away guiltily. "Sorry, sorry, I didn't mean to!" But when the bird made no move to either to take flight or drive him away, only continued to regard him with bright black eyes, his face slowly lit up. "Hey," he said, ecstatic, "hey, that means you like me, doesn't it! It does! You like me!" The bird did not acknowledge this outburst; rather it continued to watch the naturalist regally as he flipped open his notepad and scrabbled for a pen.
"Experiment number... seventeen... " the naturalist muttered to himself, as he scribbled away. "Subject-kun appears... to have become accustomed... to human contact... " He paused. "You know," he said, speaking directly to the bird, who cocked its head to one side, "it's rude to keep calling you 'subject' if we're going to be friends from now on. Let's find you name, okay?" He tapped the pen against his lips, clearly racking his brain for the appropriate choice. "What about... Jun? How's that, Jun-kun?"
The bird ruffled its feathers and gave a pleased little cry.
